"Reborn Rich" is now the second highest-rated Korean cable drama of all time

JTBC's Reborn Rich (The Chaebol's Youngest Son, literal title) has surpassed the 2018-'19 satirical high society drama SKY Castle to become Korea's second highest-rated cable television series of all time. Episode 14 of the revenge fantasy drama enjoyed a high of 24.94% nationwide viewership ratings on December 18, 2022, beating SKY Castle's finale ratings of 23.78%.

Led by Song Joong-ki and Lee Sung-min's powerful performances, Reborn Rich has quadrupled its pilot episode's viewership numbers, growing its audience week after week with its compelling and unpredictable story of a chaebol family's battle over succession, set against a timeline of major world and local events.

With just two episodes left, it is still 3.43% short of toppling 2020's phenomenal World of the Married as the #1 most-watched cable k-drama of all time. The final episodes of Reborn Rich will air on Christmas weekend, December 24 and 25 (Saturday and Sunday).
