Searching for the tittle of this k-drama

Newbie here!!! And very much desperate :(

Guys I am going crazy looking around trying to find this kdrama I watched 4 years ago. I want to watch it again!!!!!

I will try to remember so much I can hoping you guys can help me find the name of the show…

This couple was in their honeymoon (not sure about it) in a hotel and the guy is kidnapped. She will try to find him desperated and many things happen in the middle that I don’t quite remember ……somehow his husband was caught and his face was changed with some other guy‘s face in a plastic surgery (Don’t remember the purpose of it) Her husband with this new face replaced someone in a rich family where she was working as a nanny. I remember now they had a son but she thought the baby died under the delivery and it ended up it was the kid she was babysitting in the rich family. So they were under the same roof all the time but he didn’t remember a thing after the kidnapping and she didn’t recognize him because he had the other guy’s face.

Welcome to the forum and to GwenchaNoona, ginnette_5! Unfortunately, I am not aware of the k-drama you described in such great detail, but maybe our other readers know and could help you! I haven't watched k-dramas where a man (as opposed to a woman) receives plastic surgery. lousycapitalistheart pointed me to "Shark"/"Don't Look Back: The Legend of Orpheus" starring Son Ye-jin and Kim Nam-gil, however, she said SYJ is not a nanny but a chaebol heir. Maybe you can check this out so that the platform you're using could recommend a similar k-drama, and I hope the k-drama you're looking for finds it way to you. Are there other searchable bits of info, such as the year it was released (was it just released when you watched it 4 years ago?), name of a character or name of an actor? I understand how frustrating it can be to forget the title. I sincerely wish you find that k-drama and let us know.
